Small Orders (<20)

Retail orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address.
Small orders ship via USPS; larger orders ship via UPS Ground.
Processing and shipping timelines exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipment confirmation and tracking information are sent via email once the order ships.
Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy.
Undeliverable or redirected shipments due to address issues will incur additional shipping charges.
NCKL is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Bulk and custom orders are fulfilled through Topshelf Printers, NCKL’s preferred custom decorator.
Production timelines begin once payment and final artwork approval are completed.
Standard production time is approximately 10 business days.
Production timelines may vary based on decoration method, order complexity, seasonal demand, and shipping destination.
Ship dates for custom orders are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are quoted per order based on package dimensions, quantity, estimated weight, and destination.
Estimated ship dates will be confirmed once all order details are finalized.

Orders lost by the carrier or damaged during transit will be replaced at no additional cost once verified with the
