This is more than a return policy. It’s a statement of what we stand for. We call it The NCKL Standard—and it’s built into every hat we make.

If your NCKL hat tears, rips, or falls apart from regular wear within 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace it. No stress. No runaround. Just a simple promise that stands behind our product.

We keep it fair. This guarantee doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, extreme wear (like tossing it in the fire pit), or unauthorized alterations. Cosmetic changes like fading, stains, or normal sweat wear aren’t covered either.

  1. Email us at support@ncklgear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  2. We’ll review it within 2–3 business days.
  3. If it qualifies, we’ll ship you a replacement—on us.
