NCKL Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be confident in your NCKL purchase. Please review the return and exchange guidelines below. All timelines referenced are based on business days.

Retail Orders (Purchased Directly from NCKL, <20 Hats)

  • Retail hats purchased directly from the NCKL website may be returned or exchanged within 30 business days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Bulk & Custom Orders (>20)

  • Bulk and custom orders are personalized products and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Bulk and custom orders are fulfilled through Topshelf Printers, NCKL’s preferred custom decorator.
  • Any issues related to bulk or custom orders—including defects, production errors, or shipping damage—will be handled directly by Topshelf Printers.

Important Notes

  • Custom products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.
  • Please review all artwork proofs and order details carefully before approving production.
  • Minor variations consistent with approved artwork are not considered defects
